About the Track

The Goal

Agile Organisation combines the exploration of agile fundamentals - mindset, values, frameworks, methods, roles and routines - with practical understanding on how to act as a facilitator for developing more agile and self-organized teams. Scrum is used as a method to exemplify these different aspects and to lay the foundation for obtaining a Scrum Master Certificate.

The insights from these track-specific methods and tools will enrich your knowledge and experience base for your future role as an Agile Facilitator at BI.

Module Overview

M1 Principles & Methods

6 x 4h sessions

Requirements: none (Intro 2 Agile mandatory)

Learn the foundations of agile ways of organising and dive into the most crucial methods Scrum, Kanban and Holacracy in practical exercises. Additionally, you will get an understanding of how agile methods are scaled to large organisation units.

M2 Tools & Team Development

Requirements: Basic understanding of Scrum

Learn practical tools to analyse and develop teams on their way to becoming agile. You will gain a deep understanding on how to create alignment, dynamic role concepts, explicit accountability, meeting routines and decision making.

Coaching Module

4 x 4h sessions + about 3 months of practical phase

Requirements: an upcoming or ongoing project as coach / facilitator or project lead

This module is the ultimate link between agile methods in theory and the requirements of coaching, facilitating or leading a real project in a more agile way.  You will learn and experience the crucial skills complementing agile ways of working like coaching, facilitation and how to deal with resistance.

Coaching & Facilitation

3 x 4h sessions

Deep Dive into coaching essentials, project clarification and team dynamics.Through practical exercises you can develop your facilitation and workshop design skills.

Practical Phase

about 3 months

Set-up and drive your own project forward with support of your coaches via individual coaching sessions and supporting material. Exchange and grow with your peers in regular supervision sessions.

Reflection & Transfer

1 x 4h session

Reflect on your experiences in the practical phase, share learnings, and transfer your knowledge. With the completion of the Coaching Module, you will receive a certificate from zero360 GmbH and graduate as a BI Agile Facilitator.
