Registration terms
‍The contract is concluded by sending your registration details. The registration will be confirmed. The participation fee includes the costs for the implementation of the training program, including all documents and materials.The number of participants is limited: we ask you to wait for the confirmation of registration and the invoice before paying the participation fee. If the training course is overbooked, you will receive a corresponding message from us.

‍Cancellation terms
‍Places in the training can be cancelled against payment of the following fee:
up to 43 days before the start of the training – 0% of the participation fee (full refund)
14 to 42 days before the start of the training – 50% of the participation fee
thereafter – 100% of the participation fee.

‍Transfer of booked seats
‍You can transfer your place to another person free of charge until 3 days before the first training module. After that a transfer is no longer possible. A transfer of places for individual modules to third parties is not possible.To transfer your place to another person and cancel your registration, please contact bi-af@zero360.de Cancellation by zero360 GmbH
zero360 GmbH is entitled to cancel the event and thus terminate the contractual relationship, especially if one or more of the following reasons occur:insufficient number of participants (the minimum number of participants per training course is 6 persons)the trainer is unable to attend for health reasonsIn case of cancellation by the organizer, we will refund the full amount of the training fee immediately, at the latest 14 days after the cancellation.We do not accept any liability for losses or costs (e.g. travel or accommodation) arising from such a cancellation.

‍Consumer Cancellation Policy
‍If you are a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal from the contract (see §§ 355, 312c BGB).

‍Right of revocation
‍You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (§ 355 paragraph 2 BGB).To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by postal service or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. zero360 GmbH

‍Consequences of revocation
‍If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.If the service begins during the revocation period, you must pay an appropriate amount after exercising your right of revocation if you have expressly requested us to begin the service before the end of the revocation period. In the case of contracts concluded outside business premises, our claim to compensation for lost value shall only exist if you have transmitted your request for the commencement of the service provision on a permanent data carrier.Appropriate is the amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already rendered up to this point in time compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. The date on which we receive notification from you about cancellation or withdrawal of this contract is decisive.
